This is kind of neat - a live video walk throughs of new cars from an OEM employee and not a dealership salesperson

Any other companies do something similar? I like the idea seeing as we’re in a pandemic, not that I can afford a new car right now.

I’ve been doing this with my past few tech companies, where the engineers produced Youtube and social media videos that walked through the features of our product(s) . Always came across more sincere than having a sales guy do it. Car sales guys always been slimy so this is a welcome change.

Until all car sales are done direct from the OEM I will never buy a car outside of private sale. I refuse to deal with dealership bullshit. Sure there's ways to make it easier with the Internet now, but it's just stupid the hoops to jump through to give a middleman my money.

Cadillac Live actually isn’t brand new - it was launched by Cadillac Canada in March 2019 , and was well-received enough that Cadillac US adopted it late last year, though the studio is still in Canada.
